The food groups it focuses on include:

- Alternative Meat: Peas, Nuts, Eggs, Beans & Tofu
Total intake is around 1,500 calories.
This amount can be altered based on your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE).
A recommendation of the diet is that you adhere to it for at least 5 weeks.
However, like many other popular diets, you are afforded flexibility. You can adhere to it as much as you want and still gain some health benefits.
