Bodybuilding Competition Protein Pancake Recipe

Protein Pancake Ingredients
2 scoops of protein powder
2 egg whites
¼ cup of Stevia
1 tsp + Vanilla extract or any other flavored extract or sugar-free syrup or sugar-free instant pudding mix.
Water to preferred consistency. If you want muffins, add less, if you want pancakes, add a bit more.
Protein Pancake Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Whisk until blended thoroughly.
For pancakes: begin heating griddle or pan.
Spray with coconut oil.
Pour batter and cook until light golden brown.
For muffins: Heat oven to 325
Spray muffin tin with coconut oil spray.
Pour batter into muffin tins.
Note this recipe will yield approximately 6 muffins. Pour accordingly.
