Most people tout that if you eat breakfast, you ‘ignite’ your metabolism. Use your mind when you eat. Most people can take a snack, especially a crunchy one, and destroy a whole bag of them while talking on the phone, watching TV or being distracted. Be more aware to reduce your intake of foods so your body burns more fat for fuel. Count chews, stand up, eat alone—whatever you need to do, and feel the difference.
