Homemade Protein Bars Recipe
Tired of paying $2-$3 bucks for protein bars? Protein bars are great meal replacement options or a great source of nutrition to help you build and feed your muscles while you work out. But, not everyone can afford expensive pre-made protein bars. You don’t have to have protein bar envy. You can just make them yourself with our very own homemade protein bars recipe that will help bulk up your muscles and your wallet.

Homemade Protein Bar Recipe Ingredients:
12 Jumbo Eggs
3 Cups Oatmeal
10 Scoops of Protein
1 16 oz Natural Peanut Butter (Chunky)
16 oz Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 Box Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 Cup Splenda
1Cup Sugar Twin Brown Sugar Replacement
8 Oz Safflower Oil
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 Can of Coconut Oil Spray
OPTIONAL: 1 Cup dehydrated apple bits or raisins
Homemade Protein Bar Recipe Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl use a mixer to combine eggs and oatmeal. Then mix remainder of ingredients, one at a time, until blended.
Spray 9×13 inch baking dish with coconut oil.
Pour ingredients to 1/2 inch deep.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove and let cool for 30 minutes.
Each 9×13 dish yields 15 bars, so cut accordingly.
Recipe yields about 45 bars.
Store remainder in airtight containers.
Consume as meal replacement bar or as snack/post-workout meal.
