Ingredients for Health Spanish Omelet Recipe
10 Egg whites
1/2 Cup salsa
1/4 Cup grated fat-free cheddar cheese
Coconut oil spray
Instructions for Health Spanish Omelet Recipe
Coat a non-stick skillet with coconut oil cooking spray.
Place over medium heat.
Beat egg whites in a bowl
Pour the egg whites into skillet.
Cook 3-4 minutes without stirring until eggs begin to set.
Top evenly with salsa and cheese
Use a spatula to fold eggs in half over toppings.
Cook additional 2-3 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
Remove, plate and ENJOY.
These omelets are so good, you can easily put any leftovers in to-go containers and take them to work with you, or on the go. Just make sure you have a way to heat them up, we don’t think cold eggs are the best snack, even if they’re topped with cold salsa. Ick!
