The Boiled Egg Diet Meal Plan
First and foremost, like the coffee diet, this diet is all about reducing intake and restricting food. Period. Call it whatever you want—it’s not just about eggs. It’s about drastic reduction in intake.
For however long you can take it your meal plan will be as follows:
Breakfast: Two boiled eggs and a fruit (citrus).
Lunch: Either 1-2 sweet taters and some apples, OR, a salad (with or without chicken) and green veggies OR Low fat cheese, tomato and sweet potato, or TWO MORE BOILED EGGS and some veggies.
Dinner: Salad and chicken (or fish), OR Salad, citrus fruit and two eggs, OR chicken and steamed veggies.
That’s pretty much it. No snacks, no EGGcitement.
Plan to be hangry and to have some serious gas for the duration of your diet—but before you start something like this—talk to your doctor. While we don’t approve of this absurd ‘diet’, we aren’t the ones with M.D. behind our names.

Removing any food group from your diet without medical necessity is not the best strategy for long-term weight loss. That’s what you should be targeting—long term weight loss.
